I make Italian chicken just about once a week. It's my husband's favorite. It's so easy. I put 2 chicken breast in a glass dish and smother them in Italian dressing bake them at 350 for 45 min. I went to make it and discovered I was out of the dressing. So, I sprinkled half of a packet of the dry stuff and emptied a can of chopped tomatoes on top. It came out really good. Also very easy. I cooked up some pasta added a little olive oil and Parmesan cheese. I will definitely make this again.
