Why is everyone so afraid to make pizza? Most ingredients are already in every pantry.
3 cups flour
1 tea. salt
3/4 tea yeast
1 tbs olive oil
9 oz HOT water
I add parmesan cheese and italian seasoning. This dough is very sticky. mix all ingredients well and let rest for an hour then kneed again and rest another 30- 45 min. This recipe will make 3 medium pizzas. I make my own sauce. I use one can chopped tomatoes and add a little olive oil and seasonings and blend it with my immersion blender. I set my oven to 450 degrees. F. and cook for 10- 15 min.
Our favorite pizza toppings:
Taco (no pizza sauce) I layer refried beans, taco seasoning, cheese, ground beef. Cook. Then add veggies cold. Lettuce, tomato avocado, sour cream.
Barbecue chicken with red onion and cilantro

My Grandma gave me this recipe the other day. She's 88 years young. She has lived in the same house for over 60 years. Recently she fell in her home and broke her hip. She was recovering from the surgery when she told me this recipe. She says it was her mother-in-law's (my great grandma) recipe from the farm. They lived back east, in Michigan.
This is the dry mixture. I added broth from the chicken until it was the right consistency to roll out. I cut them into squares and tossed them back into the broth at a simmer. I cooked them for about 20 min.
I will make this again for my grandma when she finally comes home from the rehabilitation center. My dad said it tasted just like when he was a kid.
I make Italian chicken just about once a week. It's my husband's favorite. It's so easy. I put 2 chicken breast in a glass dish and smother them in Italian dressing bake them at 350 for 45 min. I went to make it and discovered I was out of the dressing. So, I sprinkled half of a packet of the dry stuff and emptied a can of chopped tomatoes on top. It came out really good. Also very easy. I cooked up some pasta added a little olive oil and Parmesan cheese. I will definitely make this again.

Boil 3 cups sugar, 1 1/2 tbls salt, 1 cup water, and 3 tbs butter. Stir a few times to combine. then let boil for 12 to 15 min without sturing. You will see the edges begin to brown then add 1 1/2 tsp baking soda. Make sure you measure this out before hand so that the sugar doesn't burn. When you add the baking soda it will foam up stir fast fast! Pour over popcorn and stir with 2 spatulas that have been sprayed also.
